Fun Planking Sequence

Don't just hold your plank - move in and out of it. 

Be very fussy with your form - make sure your planks are straight from head to toe and your shoulders directly over you elbows / hands.

Knee Dips

Make sure you keep your knee over in line with the center of your foot, and not in front of your toes.

Make sure you keep your body upright and squat as though you are sitting on a chair.

Stop if you experience knee pain.

Too easy - go lower. Aim to have your free knee just above the ground.
