I have been a Pilates instructor for over 16 years. Never having been into exercise before I quickly became addicted to Pilates because of how great it makes you feel!
I trained as a physiotherapist. This knowledge and experience is extremely useful with all my classes.
What matters to us?
We want you to have the same amazing results that we have. To move stronger, with greater ease,to feel younger!
We'll help you choose the best classes for you and have a range of the best treatment providers to refer you to if you have aches and pains.

I have been teaching Tai Chi for over 30 years. I enjoy the peace it gives me and my students.
It's also really great for balance,
co-ordination and leg strength and is a very accessible form of exercise.
I was a student at Big Tree and loved it so much I've trained as an instructor!
I have a passion for exercise and love helping others to reach their personal goals.
