Cleanse Day Wednesdays
For the 2 Wednesdays of the cleanse you can join in on our cleanse days. Give your digestion a real rest by drinking only fresh vegetables juices and smoothies for the day. All the recipes and instructions are included. (You will need a juicer and/or blender to join in, (beg, borrow or steal if you need to). This day can be a bit of a challenge for some, but it will add some real zing to your overall cleanse!
The Great Clutter Cleanse
Is there anything more energy zapping than clutter? Overfilled drawers, cupboards that come out to meet you when you open them and an office drowning in paper. Even the most organised of people have clutter somewhere, it has a mind of its own and can grow like topsy!
The middle Saturday of the cleanse, the 9th Feb, will be the Great Clutter Cleanse, totally optional and just a bit of fun! We will meet on the facebook page at 10am and post what we intend to declutter. It might be cleaning out some kitchen drawers or it might be taking on a big ‘clean out the garage’ declutter. We meet back at 11am to report and then head back out to carry on, meeting back at 12pm (and so on) We finish at 2pm. That’s 4 hours of de cluttering and energy clearing. If you can’t make the whole day, no problem just join in for whatever time you can.

Sheree is a Naturopath and Women’s Health Coach, She brings a wealth of experience to the team –helping women regain their energy and vitality with food or lifestyle changes as well as herbs and nutrient support. as a Naturopath, Sheree's aim is to find the underlying reason for your health challenges instead of a band aid approach.

Frequently asked questions
What will I actually be eating?
Let’s start with what you won’t be eating! The cleanse eliminates sugar, gluten, dairy, alcohol, coffee, meat and any processed foods. (if you really can’t go meat free for 2 weeks, fish and organic/free range chicken can be included).
What we will be eating is lots of fresh vege, nuts and seeds, high quality proteins, healthy fats, gluten free grains, non dairy milks, herbal teas, fresh juices, smoothies and of course lots of water.
Will I lose weight?
While this is not a weight loss programme and it is only for 2 weeks it is common for people to lose a kg or 2 when they stop with the sugar, alcohol and white processed foods and increase their exercise.
Do I need any special foods or ingredients?
It depends what you already have in your pantry. There is quite possibly ingredients you haven’t used before but they are all quite readily available at supermarkets or health food shops.
What if I have to cook for my family? Will I have to do 2 meals?
It depends how fussy your family is. The meals can all be enjoyed by everyone in the house if they want to.
I have an event on during those dates, what would I eat.
Not a problem. There is a couple of options here. Either eat before you go so you aren’t hungry or just choose the closest to the cleanse option on the menu. Maybe a salad with a protein like eggs or fish, or the vegetarian option.
How hard will the exercise be?
Not very hard but very effective for helping move the toxins through your lymphatic and fascial system. You'll get the "Minimal Daily Dose" 5 minute videos as well as a couple of longer workouts in case you are keen.
What's involved with the meditation?
You will be guided in a 5 minute meditation and mindfulness practice that will help you think and ingrain the cleanse activities and mindset you are doing. There is nothing religious or spooky about these. We are sure you will love them!
I have an injury that might stop me from exercising. What should I do?
Contact Karen directly during those 3 prep days. Also, the cleanse will still work without the exercise - it will just work much better with it.
