Do I need to come in to the studio?

Your first measure is in the studio. It takes about 15 minutes. You learn how to measure yourself properly.

How does the program work?

This is a program that aims to teach you how to maintain a healthier lifestyle after the 8 weeks. To do this it is online - you will learn to motivate yourself, follow some very simple rules and how to measure real progress.

Do I need to come to Big Tree Studio Classes?

No. This is a food based program. 80% of weight loss is food related. 

We will however, be teaching you how to raise your activity level and the best ways to do this.

Do I need to live in Whangarei to do the Health Kick?

No, we can do your first measure via skype or a phone call.
