Can your child touch their toes?

Are they doing gymnastics or playing sport but having injuries?
Pilates is well known for building great body strength while also improving flexibility and balance. Kids also need this.
With it's emphasis on breathing and concentration it also builds mindfulness.
We have developed a unique, fun program for the different age ranges. They will be using Swiss balls, wobble boards, mats and other props to develop skills and strength.
Starting Week 1 term: Monday 30th July 2018
Monday 4 pm: 5 - 8 years olds
Tuesday 4 pm: 8 - 12 years olds
Thursday 4 pm: 8 - 12 years olds
